Raspberry Bramble

Ingredients

• 2 oz. London dry gin

• 1 oz. Appel’s Raspberry Lemon Cordial

Instructions

1. Add the liquid ingredients to a shaker tin filled ⅔ with ice.

2. Shake hard for ice crystals and shards in your drink. Shake lightly for less ice and melt.

3. Strain into chilled cocktail glass or small rocks glass.

4. Garnish with lemon peel and/or raspberries in rocks glass. Garnish with one whole raspberry when served in cocktail glass. Add a squeeze of lemon peel over the top.

Options

• Make it a tall: Pour into a Collins glass filled with ice and top with chilled soda.

• Try it with vodka!
