Passion Fruit Sour

Ingredients

• 2 oz. bourbon whiskey

• 1/2 oz. Appel’s Passion Fruit Cordial

Instructions

1. Add both ingredients to a shaker tin filled halfway with ice (three-quarters of the way for two)

2. Shake lightly — don’t over shake!

3. Strain into chilled cocktail glass or into iced rocks glass.

Options

• Add a dash of Angostura bitters.
