Three Penny Ice

Ingredients

• 2 oz. London dry gin

• 1 oz. Appel’s Lemon Cordial

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin filled ⅔ with ice.

2. Shake very hard. — you want ice crystals in this drink!

3. Strain into chilled cocktail glass or over a couple of large ice cubes in a rocks glass.

Options

• Add a splash of mastika or maraschino liqueur before shaking.

• Make it a tall: Serve in an iced Collins glass topped with chilled soda.
