Grapefruit Collins

Ingredients

• 2 oz. London dry gin

• 1 oz. Appel’s Grapefruit Cordial

• Chilled club soda

Instructions

1. In an iced shaker tin or mixing glass filled a third of the way with ice, add the gin and cordial.

2. Chill by swirling or stirring.

3. Fill a pint glass with ice and add a quarter class of chilled soda.

4. Strain spirits and cordial into soda, top with more soda, and add garnish.

Options

• Sub vodka or rum as your base spirit

• Add a splash of Campari or Aperol for a bitter kick
